Along the way, he unknowingly receives help from Mama and her crew, who live off the money she provides, slowly piecing together clues that lead him deeper into a world of secrets, manipulation, and hidden identities. Blending suspense with dynamic musical storytelling, New Money explores themes of greed, status, loyalty, and the lengths people will go to in pursuit of success. The production is written and directed by VJ Bassett, marking the second original show he has written to date.
